Luca is an international expert on Eco-tourism and on sustainable Small Scale Fisheries. He is a Project Manager specialized on EU-funded cooperation projects. Currently Luca is leading (for Federparchi – Europarc Italy) an Interreg MED project – with Mediterranean-related partnerships – dealing with small-scale fisheries within marine protected areas, the FishMPABlue2 Plus project.
