Milena Kapa has a Master degree in biological science and more than 15 years of work experience in the environmental field. She has experience in the negotiation process with the EC within Chapter 27 and is daily involved in the preparation of regulatory frameworks in the environmental and agriculture fields. Milena Kapa also has a background in regulatory legislation, nature conservation, environmental protection, public participation, rule of law and collaboration with civil society, notably as the Head of Department on Nature Protection, Land and Biodiversity in the Ministry of Sustainable Development of Montenegro. She is currently the Secretary of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning in the Parliament of Montenegro.
